Daniel was so helpful in giving advice on the options available to us for a Laneway house. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the different pieces that need to be considered with a project like this and really knows the ins and outs of how to make it happen. Green construction!! Highly recommend!
COLLABORATIVE ARCHITECTURE.
The time for wishful thinking is over. Now is the time for action to decarbonize our built environment through creative low-carbon design.
We believe that our homes and workplaces should be healthy, comfortable, efficient, and above all beautiful spaces to be in.
We should never have to choose between ‘Green Design’ and ‘Great Design’

Much of our work is about facilitating change and making the transition to a Green economy. The construction and operation of our buildings in Canada contributes a huge part of our global warming carbon emissions. In addition to our one-on-one work with Clients to make their homes and workplaces net-zero and carbon-friendly, we actively support community scale projects.
The Pocket Change Project is one such initiative that has been in the news lately. You can hear our own Paul Dowsett on Metro Morning explain how this neighbourhood has come together to help each other lower their carbon footprint. Spoiler alert – it’s all about getting off the gas!
Paul and the Pocket Change have also been featured in the Toronto Star, and CBC The National, The World at Six, Metro Morning and this, in the National Post, about air-source heat pumps.

Testimonials
Daniel donated some consulting time to an auction for charity, and I was the lucky winner! Daniel came to our house and gave us so many great ideas and things to think about for our renovation. He has a thorough process and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Daniel Hall exemplifies professionalism. We worked on a small renovation in 2015 but on 2019 when we were doing a new Project ran into issues regarding the 2015 permit. Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful by sharing detailed site photos and logs that was sufficient to close our permit.
